Stefan Kranzinger presented the outcome of the study of “Tracking Performance in Female Youth Soccer: Combining Wearables with Subjective Assessments”. The author team analyzed 46 U17 & U20 players using IMU data from the adidas Team-FX insole and post-session Likert-scale check-ins to explore:

✅ Longitudinal trends in high-percentile performance metrics
✅ How perceived intensity & happiness relate to actual output

Key takeaway: Simple subjective feedback (2 questions) combined with sensor data can power individualized, role-specific performance tracking and help coaches better manage load, motivation, and development.
