DiMo-NEXT was represented at the International Conference on New Interfaces for Musical Expression (NIME 2026) in London.
Michael Reichmann presented the full paper “Role-Separated Live Movement Sonification: Toolkits as Mediators of Distributed Agency in Performance” as a poster. The work connects to DiMo-NEXT’s focus on sports and movement by exploring how movement data can be transformed into sound in real time, supporting new forms of embodied interaction, feedback and performance.
